kkbd Terms and Conditions
This document sets out the terms and policies that apply to the use of all services on the kkbd platform. Please read it in full before becoming a member.
Definitions and Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between the kkbd platform and the user. The key terms used in this document are defined below:
- "Platform" refers to kkbd's website, mobile app and all associated digital services.
- "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the Platform.
- "Account" refers to the user's personal registration profile.
- "Balance" refers to the total funds held in the account, which is the combined sum of real money and bonus funds.
- "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games and other entertainment services provided by kkbd.
kkbd operates a complete online entertainment platform for Bangladeshi users. These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. For more details about us, please read the kkbd About Us and Company Information page.
Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
All services on kkbd are available only to persons aged 21 years or older. kkbd reserves the right to verify the date of birth provided at registration. Providing a false age will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.
2.2 Registration Requirements
Each user must comply with the following conditions:
- A person may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
- The name, mobile number and other details provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
- It is the user's own responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential.
- Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
- Mobile number verification (OTP) at the time of registration is mandatory.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
kkbd may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete. If the required documents are not submitted, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Account Management
3.1 Login Security
The user is solely responsible for all activity on their account. It is strongly advised not to share login credentials with anyone. If there is any concern about unauthorised access to the account, kkbd's customer support must be notified immediately.
3.2 Updating Contact Information
If a mobile number or other contact details change, updating them in the account profile is mandatory. kkbd is not responsible for any service disruption caused by outdated or incorrect information.
3.3 Account Inactivity
An account may be marked as inactive if there is no activity for 12 consecutive months. Funds in an inactive account remain safe and the user can access them by logging in again.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on kkbd is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The correct reference number must be provided with each deposit transaction; otherwise processing may be delayed.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made via bKash, Nagad or Rocket. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The registered mobile number used for withdrawals must match the deposit method.
If identity verification has not been completed before a withdrawal, processing may be delayed. kkbd reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
It is the user's own responsibility to recover funds sent to an incorrect account number. kkbd confirms transactions when correct details are provided, but is not responsible for losses caused by user error.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw from the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning for a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering requirement will be ৳10,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotion has a specific validity period, and any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus may be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If multiple bonus accounts are operated from the same person or device, all bonuses will be cancelled.
- kkbd reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotion at any time.
- If an attempt is made to use a bonus for fraudulent purposes, the account will be closed.
5.3 VIP Program
The kkbd VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum and 1.0% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the week's total net losses (total losses minus total winnings).
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
Every bet placed on kkbd is considered final only after it has been confirmed in the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, it will be treated as void and the stake will be refunded. For live betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted are final.
6.2 Odds and Results
Odds displayed on kkbd are subject to change. After an event result is announced, winnings from successful bets are automatically credited to the account. In the event of any dispute over a result, the official result verified by kkbd will be considered final.
6.3 Bet Cancellation
A bet may be cancelled and the stake refunded in the following circumstances:
- If the event does not start at the scheduled time or is postponed.
- If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical or data error.
- If the result is declared void by the event authority.
6.4 Multi Bet
A multi bet allows multiple selections to be combined, and the entire bet is won only if all selections are successful. If any single selection fails, the entire bet is lost. The combined odds in a multi bet are determined by multiplying the individual odds together.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on kkbd and will result in permanent account closure:
- Cheating and Fraud: Using any software, bot or automation in betting or gaming.
- Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or placing artificial bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform as a channel to transact funds from illegal sources.
- Account Transfer: Selling, renting or transferring your account to another person.
- Identity Fraud: Opening or operating an account in another person's name or identity.
- Hacking: Attempting to compromise platform security or gain unauthorised access to the system.
- Match Fixing: Placing bets using advance knowledge of results or information related to match fixing.
Responsible Gaming
kkbd believes that entertainment should be enjoyable, never a burden. We encourage all members to play responsibly. Treat betting and gaming only as affordable entertainment — only bet what you can afford to lose.

Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited. No one under the age of 21 may use kkbd's services. If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance will be handled according to the decision of the relevant authority.
Privacy and Data Protection

kkbd uses SSL encryption technology to keep user data and transactions secure. Personal information is not shared with third parties, however it may be shared with authorities in cases of legal requirement or fraud investigation.
Terms Changes and Account Termination
10.1 Changes to the Terms
kkbd reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered mobile number or email.
10.2 Account Closure by the User
Any user may request to close their account at any time. Before closing the account, pending bets should be settled and the balance should be withdrawn.
10.3 Account Closure by kkbd
kkbd may close an account without notice if any clause of these Terms is breached. The bonus balance of an account closed due to a breach will not be returned; however, the actual deposit amount will be considered separately.
Limitation of Liability
kkbd strives to ensure the highest level of security and stability. However, kkbd is not liable in the following cases:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
- Service disruption caused by natural disasters, government directives or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Delays caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
- Financial losses caused by the user's own carelessness or error.
In any circumstances, kkbd's maximum liability will be limited to the user's actual deposited amount.
Dispute Resolution
12.1 Complaints Process
If you have a dispute or complaint, contact kkbd customer support first. Assistance is available 24/7 via live chat or email, in both Bengali and English. A reference number will be provided once a complaint is submitted.
12.2 Resolution Timeframe
General complaints are resolved as quickly as possible. Complex disputes may require more time for investigation, and the user will be kept updated in such cases.
12.3 Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. For any legal dispute, the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Bangladesh shall apply.
